RETURNS & REFUNDS

We'd rather you kept something because you want it than because you're stuck with it.

How long you have

Returns can be requested up to 14 days after your order arrives.

What we can accept

Unworn and unused, in the packaging it arrived in
Tags and labels still attached
Proof of purchase — an order number is enough

Anything outside those conditions may not be accepted.

Starting a return

Email support@altoverno.com with your name, order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.

Please request the return first. Parcels sent back without one can't be processed, because we have no way of matching them to an order.

Return postage

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Use a tracked service and hold on to the receipt — it's the only proof either of us has if a parcel goes missing.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or simply not what you ordered, email support@altoverno.com straight away and we'll sort it out.

Exchanges

We do exchanges. Email support@altoverno.com with your order details and what you'd like instead — a different size, colour or style.

If you're in the European Union

Orders delivered into the EU carry a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, exercisable for any reason at all. Items still need to come back unused, tagged, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Getting your money back

Once your return arrives we'll inspect it and let you know either way. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and are usually processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show it.
